Susan Conti is an experienced business leader and has over 30 years of senior executive leadership experience having worked across 9 different industries.
Susan brings together her C-suite executive leadership experience and the knowledge of leading and running a business in advising her coaching clients. Personal leadership success and practical knowledge give her added value as a trusted strategic advisor. Susan successfully launched Designing Leaders, Inc. in 2016. She partners with CEOs, key senior leaders and Boards to prepare leaders for expanding roles, creating organizational talent structures to align with company goals, and helping her clients create positive company cultures.
Susan’s insights have gained a reputation around the world as an authority on high performance leadership, executive presence for exceptional leadership, growing leaders at every level, and accelerated leadership growth.
Susan is a Master Certified Executive Coach with the Association of Executive Coaches and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has invested over 400 hours in her coach training to develop her expertise through several top global coaching programs. In addition, Susan volunteers as a coach for veterans through the Honor Foundation (www.honor.org) and Homes For Our Troops (www.hfotusa.org).
